Sierra Isley is a seventeen year old filmmaker from Atlanta, Georgia. She started directing films in fifth grade and has since worked on music videos, webseries and short films. Her most recent projects include a successful fanmade webseries adapation of the “Percy Jackson” book series by Rick Riordan and an original short film, “Violent Ends.” Sierra is passionate about using film to tell stories about teenagers in a realistic way. Her ultimate goal is to use film as a medium to shine light on the various social issues that affect teens across the globe.
Sierra recently appeared on WABE (Atlanta’s NPR station) to talk about her upcoming web series, “No Comment.” This series is made by Atlanta teens for Atlanta teens.
