Secondary-school blues getting you down? You're in luck! Badass Adolescent creator Claire Jantzen is getting ready to attend college, and  in preparation for her grand new adventure she's decided to look back on the most recent chapter of her life: high school.

Over the course of this eight-minute video, Claire breaks down the lessons she's learned over the course of the past few years. While these lessons are definitely geared towards teenagers, there's something in here for all of us. Some of Claire's key takeaways from high school include:

You can't run away from people you don't like. "You're going to be facing people you don't care for your whole life. You might end up working with some of them. But you're going to have to learn to coexist with people that you may not necessarily always agree with."

Listen to yourself. "Do what's right for yourself, not others... staying true to yourself and making sure you're following your own values will really clarify your passion and your voice."

Love and treat others with respect. "You may not agree with everyone on everything, but that's okay. Treating everyone with love is really beneficial to you and everyone around you."
