Have you ever felt you don't belong? It's a feeling that pulls at so many creatives when they feel stuck in a hometown they don't quite fit into. But when Lauren decided to observe the places and people around her in a different way, she was able to fall a little bit in love with the familiarities of where she grew up. By doing so, Lauren was able to bond with her city, which also helped her being creating. 

She has learned to love her home; she learned to love the house she falls asleep in every night and has come to love the fact that her hometown is small... but she isn't sure where live and her art will take her. She may leave and discover more about herself elsewhere.
