I’ve always felt more confortable photographing women since I don’t have to make any effort to understand them, for me, they are soft and beautiful by nature, and easily photographed. Seeing the beauty in every person is not always easy; I wanted to relate with men as I do with women and show a delicate side of them, as they have it. Delicate Men is a film series I did with some of my male friends as we created an intimate environment for them to feel confortable and vulnerable in front of the camera, in front of me. As we were shooting I started perceiving them as people, not just as men. I became aware of their beauty as I incorporated nature and light. My perception of beauty was shown in them.
